If this website offers the possibility of entering personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), the input of these data takes place expressly on a voluntary basis.
If you contact us using mail, telephone, a web form or e-mail, then we will store and process your forwarded personal data in our databases for 6 months. This is done in order to deal with your request and for business purposes that follow. If you withdraw from your order and the contract, the stored data is deleted. If the contract is concluded, we store all of the data needed for the contract for 7 years, which marks the end of our obligation to preserve business records. This does not apply to your name, address, type of purchased good and date of purchase. This data is stored for 10 years, which marks the end of the product liability. The processing of your data is done in accordance with the legal provisions of the DSG and the legal provisions of the DSGVO, the General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract).
