ARRIVAL

Our rooms are available between 14:00 – 15:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a parking space for your car before this time. Please call us or write to us directly.

DEPARTURE

We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, as it must be prepared for the next guests. Due to lack of space there is usually unfortunately no longer shower and parking possibility – talk to us.

DINNER

As part of the Victoria half-board, we spoil you with culinary delicacies in the morning, late afternoon and at dinner. Please note that our kitchen is closed every MONDAY in winter & dinner is not included on this day. For this, € 15.00 per person will be deducted from the final bill, we ask for your understanding.

PARKING

You are entitled to one free parking space per booked room, depending on availability and our arrangement FREE or GARAGE SPACE. If you are planning a second car per room, we can park it in our outdoor car park approx. 2km outside, we will bring you there & back again.

PAYMENT

Our prices are exclusive of visitor’s tax & will be charged on the spot.

Payment methods = cash, EC-card, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, VISA

Unfortunately we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

SHORT STAY SURCHARGE

For bookings of less than 5 nights we take the liberty of charging a short stay surcharge.

EXTRA BED & DISCOUNTS

We ask for your understanding that our rooms are always calculated with full occupancy.

Extra bed if possible = 15% reduction from the daily rate

Reduction for children in parents’ room

(until 3 years free / until 6 years 50% / until 11 years 25%)

DOGS (pets)

Dogs are only allowed on request for a fee, we kindly ask you to contact us beforehand.

WELLNESS

During your stay bathrobes & towels are available in the room free of charge – we ask you to store them in the room upon departure.

SMOKING

We ask for your understanding that smoking is prohibited in all indoor rooms, on all balconies it is of course allowed.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Due to the current difficult planning situation, we have adjusted our conditions for you.

Winter 2024/25 = FLEXIBLE – 21 days
SUMMER 2024 & 2025 = FLEXIBLE – 21 days

up to 21 days before date of arrival = free cancellation incl. deposit refund
from 21 days before date of arrival = 100% of the total price
Non-arrival, early departure = 100% of the total price
